Lead Motion Editor

The Lead Motion Editor at ILM London will lead the motion capture discipline, executing non-destructive retargeting and refinement of realistic motion-capture data for high-end film VFX. Responsibilities include motion blending, enhancing performances with finger/toe/tail animation, mentoring junior team members, and developing new methodologies. The role requires proficiency in Maya, MotionBuilder, and Blender, with a strong understanding of animation principles.
