Game Director

[SALARY: $150,000 - $200,000/yr] The Game Director owns the creative and gameplay direction of Marvel Contest of Champions (MCoC), setting the vision, defining design pillars, and leading the Design discipline. This role partners with Product, Production, Engineering, Live Ops, Marketing, and Community to operate the live-service game, balancing player health with commercial outcomes.
