Lead AI Programmer

Lead AI Programmer role at MADFINGER Games for Gray Zone Warfare, an Unreal Engine 5 tactical FPS. You will lead a small senior team in designing and implementing advanced AI systems (navigation, pathfinding, GOAP, HTN, behavior trees, utility AI) with a focus on server-side optimization for multiplayer. This is a hands-on technical leadership role, not people management, and requires being based in Brno, Czech Republic.
