Lead 3D Character Artist (Remote/Permanent)

Beffio Studio is seeking an experienced Lead 3D Character Artist to lead the character art pipeline from creative vision to engine-ready implementation. You will manage artists, set quality benchmarks, and create characters in stylized and realistic styles while working across Unity3D and Unreal Engine. This hands-on leadership role requires someone who has shipped at least one AA or AAA title.
